No. 99.5% of its business is done in a homeowner’s backyard. We have sample demo kits and brochures to create an understanding of the product. If you move forward, we can order a life-like rendering.
Do the screens come in different shades and colors?
The housing units come in five colors: black, white, gray, bronze, and beige. The screen mesh color varies.
A rendering is a lifelike photo of your home with the desired product applied. They look real. It cool.
Yes. I’m sure we can talk to one of our clients and see theirs.
We simply need to schedule a time and one of our estimators will come out and meet with you. They will take detailed measurements and find out your wants, needs, and desires.e.
No. Motorized Screens serve different functions such as bug, solar, or storm protection.
That is easy. MagnaTrack uses free-floating inner tracks that release and reattach with opposite pull neodymium magnates. Combined with ballistic fiber the screens can stop a 2” x 4” traveling at fast speed.
The housing unit, track, and weight bar are the same.
The screen mesh can be as simple as something for bugs or maybe you need a solar screen to block damaging UV rays. They even make screen mesh with ballistic fiber that is meant for high wind load zones.
Yes. You need to be there. These products are highly customizable, and we need to know your wants, needs, and desires.
Can I get a price or quote over the phone?
No. These products are highly customizable, and prices may vary depending on your needs, wants, and desires.
The MagnaTrack system is highly customizable. Every project is different, Openings vary and the sub-strip of the unit is being attached.
MagnaTrack motorized screens can span 30’ and up to 20’ in height.
Start to finish currently they are 8 – 10 weeks.
Which is better MagnaTrack or Phantom?
Well, the simple answer is MagnaTrack Motorized screens. Not because I say so, but because MagnaTrack is not a zipper track-based system. MagnaTrack Possesses free-floating inner tracks held together by rare earth neodymium magnets. Simply put, it takes 500 Lbs. of pressure to dislodge the screen for the sidetracks. The competitors are only 30 lbs. Who needs service calls?
Do you carry hurricane screens?
Yes. We carry the Defender Series by MagnaTrack.
We carry the MagnaTrack Motorized screens Manufactured by Progressive Screens. The track system is the same, but the screen is configured to protect against, bugs, UV-Ray, rain, and storms.
Yes. The Hurricane Defender has a product approval code. It has the Florida Product Approval #F30798
No. But the MagnaTrack Motorized Screen system meets or exceeds Miami Dade and Florida building code requirements for roll-down hurricane screens. Therefore, it can be installed in Miami-Dade.
No. We do not build or install screen enclosures around swimming pools. We specialize in protecting and creating outdoor spaces with a click of a button.
No. We do not.
Nope. We are a MagnaTrack Dealer. We do not carry Phantom, Horizons, or Fintech. We carry the number one screen in the world. MagnaTrack.
We carry and install Azenco-Outdoors pergolas. They are known for the louver roofs and anti-leak system aka R-blade. They also carry R-shades.
Are the Azenco-Outdoor pergolas Miami Dade approved?
Not Yet, but we are working on it. It looks like June.
There are three colors to select from such as black, white, and grayish bronze.
How big are each pergola zone?
A louver roof zone can go 23 feet long by 15 wide. Solid roof pergolas can cover 22 feet by 22 feet.
Let me guess.
You’ve got an umbrella on your patio. Maybe two. One’s tilted just right, the other’s always leaning like it's had a rough night. You keep adjusting it every hour, chasing the shade like it’s a game you didn’t sign up for.
Now ask yourself this: Are you protecting your patio… or playing whack-a-mole with the sun?
Welcome to Florida—where the UV index reads like a dare, the rain shows up uninvited, and the breeze occasionally punches you in the face. Shade in this state isn’t a luxury; it’s survival. And if you’re still relying on traditional umbrellas or thinking motorized screens are your only upgrade…
You’ve been negotiating with the wrong solution.
Let’s say you’ve got a wide patio—big enough for a grill station, a dining table, and that one cousin who always brings his own cooler. An umbrella can’t touch that. A motorized screen might cover part of it, but now you’re dealing with walls instead of openness.
This is where Retractable Awnings step in like the seasoned negotiator in a hostage situation. They come out smooth. No wires. No aluminum cages. Just pure shade—graceful and commanding.
Florida has two settings: "Why is it so hot?" and "Surprise! It’s raining." An umbrella? Useless. A screen? Maybe it slows the mist down.
But awnings? They don’t blink. They stay out during those sneaky showers and keep your party going like nothing happened. Want to sip your cafecito while the rain taps a rhythm above you? Florida Living Outdoor makes that moment happen.
Wind is the one thing that Florida never puts on the guest list but always shows up with attitude. You’ve seen the TikToks—umbrellas flipping inside out like failed acrobat routines. It’s funny… until it’s your glass table.
Our awnings are wind-smart. Literally. With built-in sensors, they tuck themselves in when the breeze gets testy. You’re not reacting to the weather—you’re anticipating it. That’s not just smart. That’s tactical empathy.
Here’s something they won’t teach you in Homeowner 101: Direct sun hitting your windows can crank up your cooling costs by 25% or more. But throw some shade on that glass? You win the negotiation before the thermostat even speaks.
Our awnings slash solar heat gain, saving you money, extending your HVAC’s lifespan, and keeping your leather couch from aging like a raisin. It's the long game—and awnings play it well.
Let’s get shallow for a second. Your home’s exterior is either inviting or invisible. Umbrellas? Temporary. Screens? Hidden. But a gorgeous, custom-fit awning?
That’s a statement. Like a tailored suit for your patio. HOA-approved, color-matched, and sharp as ever. When you roll out a stylish retractable awning, you’re not just creating shade. You’re increasing your property’s vibe and value.
Look, nobody likes a mosquito whispering sweet nothings in their ear while they're trying to enjoy a grilled kabob. While awnings alone won’t fence off your space, they team up beautifully with motorized screens to build an insect-resistant fortress of solitude.
Umbrellas? Sorry, the bugs RSVP’d to that party, too.
Awnings that think for themselves? Welcome to the future.
With smart integrations, our awnings can sync with your home system, responding to heat, light, and wind without you lifting a finger. It’s like having a butler who specializes in shade—and never takes a day off.
So here we are. You, reading this. Me, painting a very vivid picture of shade warfare in Florida.
And maybe—just maybe—you’re thinking,
"Damn. I’ve been negotiating with bad options."
That’s fine. No judgment.
But now you’ve got the leverage. You’ve got options that adapt, perform, and turn your outdoor space into a shaded sanctuary.
Let’s make your Florida backyard what it was always meant to be: cool, calm, and comfortably controlled.
